From a Kochi WhatsApp Group to 7,000+ Drivers
TOK (The Operators of Kerala) began as a small network of professional drivers in Kochi who wanted to cut out middlemen, avoid unfair commissions, and offer travelers a direct, trustworthy way to book rides. What started as a local WhatsApp group of a few dozen drivers has grown into Kerala's largest organized drivers community — over 7,000 verified members strong, spanning all 14 districts.
Today, TOK is more than a cab service. It's a community-powered platform connecting travelers to cabs, homestays, hotels, resorts, houseboats and jeep safaris — all backed by drivers who live and work in the destinations they serve.
