1. About TOK
Trips of Kochi (TOK) ("TOK", "we", "us") connects travelers with independent local drivers and service partners across Kerala for cab bookings, airport transfers, homestays, hotels, resorts, houseboats and jeep safaris. TOK acts as a facilitator connecting travelers and community drivers/partners.
2. Bookings
All bookings made through our website or WhatsApp are subject to availability and confirmation by the assigned driver or partner. Fares and rates shared are indicative and confirmed before the start of your service.
3. Payments
Payments for cab, houseboat, homestay and other services are made directly to the driver or service partner, typically via cash or UPI, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation terms vary by service type and are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Houseboat and hotel bookings may carry separate cancellation policies set by the respective partner property.
5. Driver & Partner Conduct
All drivers in our network undergo a verification process. While we take reasonable care in vetting community members, TOK is not the direct employer of independent drivers and partners, who operate as independent service providers.
6. Liability
TOK facilitates connections between travelers and independent drivers/partners. While we strive to ensure quality and safety, TOK's liability for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a booked service is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. User Conduct
Travelers are expected to treat drivers and partners with respect and to provide accurate booking information. Misuse of our platform or abusive behavior towards community members may result in restricted access to our services.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala.
